qualification details

• Technician Apprentice (Discs 101-106): 3-Year Regular Full Time Diploma in Relevant Engineering Branch – Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics – Minimum. 50% marks for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL and 45% marks for SC/ST/PWBD from a recognized Institute/University.
• Trade Apprentice – ITI (Disc 107-111): Matriculation + 2 years regular full time ITI in relevant trade – Fitter / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist – recognized by NCVT / SCVT
• Graduate Apprentice (Disc 112): Regular full time graduate (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA) in any discipline – Min. 50% for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL and 45% for SC/ST/PWBD from a recognized University/Institute.
• Trade Apprentice – DEO Fresher (Disc 113): Class 12th (Below Graduation) – Minimum. 50% for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL and 45% for SC/ST/PWBD from a recognized Board/Institute.
• Trade Apprentice – DEO Skill Certificate Holder (Disc 114): Class 12th (below graduation) + Skill Certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ from an awarding body recognized by NSQF or an authority recognized by the Central Government.
• Note: Part-time/correspondence/distance learning qualifications are not eligible. Candidates need to apply for only one disciplinary code; Applying for more than one will result in rejection. BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/CA/LLB holders are not eligible.

How to fill online form

1. Visit NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/) for Trade Apprentices (ITI/DEO) or NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/) for Technician/Graduate Apprentices and register with active email ID and mobile number.
2. Complete your profile 100% – Personal details, educational details and category details must be filled correctly. Contact NAPS/NATS office for any correction.
3. Login and search IOCL Western Region opportunities using Establishment ID – NATS: WMHMCC000053 / NAPS: E01172700332.
4. Apply for One Discipline Code only as per your eligibility. Applying for more than one subject will result in rejection.
5. Keep ready scanned copies of all required documents – educational certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), PAN card, Aadhar card, bank passbook/canceled check and passport size photograph.
6. Submit the application by 26-03-2026 by 5:00 PM. No other mode/form of application will be accepted.
