Comprehensive Guide for OFSS Bihar Admission 2026 Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) Bihar is a centralized portal developed by the Bihar School Examination Board to simplify the admission process for intermediate classes in all colleges and schools across Bihar. For the session 2026-2028, BSEB has implemented a strictly merit-based selection process. How the merit list is prepared: The merit list is calculated on the basis of the candidate’s marks in class 10th board exam, category (reservation rules) and preference of schools/colleges chosen by the student during the application process. If a student is not satisfied with the college allotted in the first list, he/she can opt for ‘slide up’ Process after completing the admission in the currently allotted college. Explanation of slide-up process: If you want a better college than the allotted college, then you have to first take admission in the allotted college. After that, you can login to OFSS portal and apply for slide-up. If there are vacancies in your higher priority colleges, your name will appear in the second or third merit list accordingly. Important Instructions: If a candidate fails to take admission in the allotted college in the first merit list, their name will be removed from the OFSS system, and they will not be eligible for further merit list or slide-up process. |
