- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE 2002 norms. Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.Ed.). Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). Or
- Bachelor degree graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) (a) A person who has obtained the qualification or Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V, provided that the person appointed as a teacher must have completed six months in elementary education recognized by the NCTE within two years of such appointment as a primary teacher. Will have to do a bridge course. Or
- Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in final year of three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.

- Bachelor’s degree and must have passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). Or
- At least 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation and passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). Or
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and appearing or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) as per NCTE norms. Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.Ed.). Or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year BA/B.Sc.Ed or B.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. Or
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. / (B.Ed Special Education)
- Any candidate having B.Ed qualification. Programs recognized by NCTE are eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Further, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any teacher education course (recognized by NCTE or RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23 August 2010 is also eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Or
- Post Graduate with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in final year of three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.

- CTET Online Form 2025 Notification Released and Candidates Apply within the Last Date.
- Candidates should read the CTET Notification 2025 very carefully before apply online form application form.
- While applying the candidate has to fill all the columns carefully so that no mistake is made like – Name of the candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Qualification details.
- If asked to upload in the application form, upload all the documents in the correct size and correct format, be it PDF or JPEG.
