How to Fill: UP Police SI/ASI One Time Registration OTR Online Form 2025
- Every applicant must register with a unique email ID and a unique mobile number, which will be immutable during the examination process.
- Applicants can complete their registration using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN or Passport.
- Only the details entered in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for OTR purpose.
- The applicant’s name, gender and date of birth entered during the registration process must exactly match the information given in the matriculation/high school certificate.
- If matriculation/high school details cannot be retrieved from DigiLocker, applicants can enter their information manually.
